If you do not have insurance, or have an insurance plan in which I do not participate where you can submit your own claim for reimbursement, my fee for individual counseling is $200 for the initial visit and $150 for sessions after that. . Neuropsychological testing and psychological testing are sometimes covered by health insurance or school districts. Other times, patients are responsible for the full fee of psych testing. At this time, Dayna Stein is not participating with any insurance companies. However, she would be happy to give you a completed claim form for you to submit to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits.
