I am a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group. Collaborative Divorce is an alternative form of dispute resolution. It’s designed to foster the resolution of divorce and family law related issues respectfully and equitably, without court intervention. Like mediation and arbitration, it takes place outside of the purview of the court system, with the goal of reaching a fair settlement, but without the pressure, expense, and uncertainties that accompany litigation.
If you decide to choose this type of divorce, you, your spouse, your attorneys, child specialists, financial specialists, and I help you navigate conflicts and reach mutual agreements.
I help families successfully adjust to one of life’s most stressful experiences: divorce. Divorce goes beyond the legal implications; the couple has to juggle new social consequences, co-parenting issues, and emotional changes. That’s where I come in. My mission is to help lessen the anxiety and anger and help clients make choices to build a new life as seamlessly as possible.
